Grapefruit, hazelnuts, goji berry & cod fish salad
Another super easy & healthy recipe to make. Full of vitamin C because of the goji berries which bring a sweet taste to this colorful salad.
- lay a bed of mixed greens in a plate and add some boiled broccoli, thinly sliced grapefruit and a handful of hazelnuts.
- Cook the cod fish that you should previously rehydrate and desalinate by soaking it in cold water for one or two days,changing the water 2 to 3 times a day.
- Once the fish is cooked, add some pieces on top of your salad.
- Season with some hazelnut oil and salt & pepper.
